Raymond
Raymond wrapped up his Kindergarten days! He had a lot of fun with Mrs. Larsen. Reading has come pretty easy for him. Writing is a little harder. He was great at following directions and the teacher said she could always count on him. He loved making new friends.
They had graduation on Tuesday:
The Neighborhood kids beofre graduation. Ray, Noah, Era, Allie.
Three of his buddies that were in his class: Cohen, Jackson, and Coy!
His big sisters were so proud!

Hanging out at games!
The face of a coach that just finished his last soccer practice until Fall!
And we had all of Ben’s teams over for end of the year parties! (luckily the basement leak got finished the day of the first party.)
The kids worked really hard on their books this year and last night we all went to the school and listened to them read to us. It was fun to be in their classrooms and see their hard work:
Ray turned 6 on February 13th!
We opened presents first thing in the morning and then played with them all day.
This was his first time doing Legos all on his own and he LOVED it:
We saw his name on the school and he took in his Homemade Birthday Poster:
Grandma and Grandpa Nettesheim came over and brought a gift:
And that night we had some cake!
Ray is growing up so much. He loves learning new things. He is a lot of fun and very competitive. I like to read with him or do I spy books. He is a video game junkie when we let him and he is pretty friendly.
State Wrestling Tournament was January 26th and 27th! I went and watched Packer wrestle on Friday. Ben and Grandpa Netty cheered and coached. He wrestled 5th-6th Grade bracket, 60-64 lbs. His first match up was against the guy that won the bracket. Packer survived the first round and then he got pinned. His 2nd guy pinned him in the first round 🙁 Packer was excited to be there though and proud of his hard work and improvement.
Benji wrestled early Saturday morning. I wasn’t there to take pictures 🙁 I decided to go to the Temple with Shannon instead) Ben and Grand[a Netty were there. He wrestled in the 7th, 8th, 9th grade bracket at 104-108. He got beat pretty bad on both of his match ups.
Ray wrestled Saturday evening in the Kindergarten 40-43 bracket. They did a round robin and he beat all 3 guys! He pinned the first 2 and then won by points on the last one! Ben and I and Grandpa Netty and Michelle and Udine were there to watch.
Ray comes home from school with big wood chips -they are in his pockets, or backpack. He thinks they are so cool. Love this Kindergarten mind.
He was so happy to finally get his wrestling singlet!
