    Angelee, Erica, and LaNell

Angelee came to town so we had to PARTY. LaNell took us up AF canyon to Tibble Fork and we Paddle Boarded the afternoon away. The water was freezing cold, the kids almost played together, and Nick survived us girls catching up on life.

That evening Angelee came to mine and Lan’s basketball game and cheered for us just like old times!! And the next morning we all hit an early morning Temple run!! No picture but it was neat to be in the temple with friends that I’ve had for over 25 years! I loved following these girls around.

    Quincy’s Party

Quincy turns 3! Erica and kids, Becca and kids, Hillary and kids and us 🙂

Erica invited us to Quincy’s swim party at her neighbor’s house! The POOL was AMAZING. The kids jumped and dove and did the slide and just swam their hearts out. Quincy wouldn’t get out of the pool for pizza or presents but we couldn’t blame her!

    Last Day of School

The kids had school from 8-9:30am. We went over to greet Packer and cheer for all of the 6th Graders that are moving on to Junior High.

Then we found all of the kids and came home for SUMMER to start:

And went to PIZZA PIE CAFE and stuffed our faces with cousins and Hancocks!

After lunch we just chilled. Some of the kids played MIne Craft, some swam, some friends came over… and that night I had a basketball game and the Mia Maids and Teachers had a party in the basement. Then LaNell and I hot Tubbed until late and celebrated another successful school year.

Ben and I got to go to an RSL game on Friday night. Cali came with us and we won in the last 30 seconds of the game!! Saturday we had Rose, Ray and Benji play their last soccer games for this season. Kelsey came for part of the day and we had Coldstone for someone’s soccer goal scoring.

On Sunday we had Kelsey, Sean, Jana and Cove over for Dinner. Then the kids hung out at Pete’s while the adults hung out at Mom and Dads. Then on Monday we took the kids to see Alladin at 9:30am 🙂 After that we headed to Pete and Amanda’s for a BBQ. We got to see all of the Netty crew and Nate and Becky!

Monday night we let Benji babysit and Ben and I went out with Than and Erica to the John Michael Montgomery concert in Orem! We knew most of his songs and had a great time. Josh Gracin opened with a few songs and they did some patriotic tributes and celebration of Orem.

The kids have been LOVING the warmer weather, Even if that means pushing the car that doesn’t work anymore.

I got scratched and elbowed in my Monday night basketball game! Bloody Nose and a scratch that took 2 weeks to heal.

Sometimes we have Gus and Dagny over on Tuesday afternoons after their swim lessons. And one time we got to keep baby Mae too!

Diego got his mission call – BAKERSFIELD CALIFORNIA spanish speaking!!!

We also got to babysit Cove for a morning! We had fun trying to entertain him and finally got a smile when we found the applesauce!

Millie is very proud and protective of her creations. Tiago still loves a good water table full of ducks! And Ben took Benji and Cali to watch Alessandro in his high school play!

For Cinco De Mayo – Mikila was in town so we had a Hancocks and Browns and Robertsons party taht Sunday evening! We had a big group an dit was great to catch up with everyone and all of their little kids.

How the Kids Faired W/O us for a Week

Tiago was sick most of the week 🙁 Millie was just getting over the sickies. Ray and Rose were also sick off and on. Benji and Packer checked in with us throughout the week from the tablet when they’d go home to change clothes and shower. I think we talked to Cali, Rose and Ray once. We’re grateful for friends and family that were willing to take them in for the week! and allow us a worry free vacation.
