Resolutions

I love these goals that Cali wrote down at school.
My never ending goal of trying to get to the temple.
and I think I am the Pacman champion again – but it is up for dispute.
Cali’s 7th Birthday!!!
FRIENDs party: Cali had her friends over for a few games and cake and dancing…
FAMILY PARTY: Sunday was her actual birthday so we had the Robertson side over for dinner and cake and games…
Cali is such a good kid. She tries hard at everything she does. She knows the ins and outs of our household. She loves school. She is competitive and emotional and FUN. She loves to look cute. She is a mini mom. She has lots of friends. And now she is 7 years old! We’re excited to see where she goes in her young life 🙂
BACK TO SCHOOL

We started School on Wednesday August 19th this year. We’ve got a kid in 5th, 3rd, and 1st! All at the same school. They walk to and from school together and I love it.
30 Laps for 30 Days
I chose to stay home with Millie and Tiago. Millie always enjoys being the only one home and getting the extra attention.
Strawberry Days

Ben took the 4 oldest kids to the Strawberry Days Carnival on Wednesday night! I opted to stay home with the babies. We ate Strawberries and Cream all week and then we went to the parade Saturday morning. Good times!
SPRING SOCCER 2015
Last Day of School
My Kinder, 2nd and 4th graders are on to another year…
After school on Friday we had a neighborhood party with MOST of the new neighborhood. Pizza and popsicles and water guns. It was fun to meet some more of the neighbors and let the kids be crazy. And now we are ready for SUMMER VACATION!!
Cali Graduates from Kindergarten!
And she loved the special graduation ceremony.
She sang all of the songs with all her heart.
She had a speaking part at graduation, “O is for the obstacles we’ve learned to overcome.”
And she memorized it very quickly and owned it.
She also was a little bummed that I didn’t bring her flowers like some of the graduates were getting. (mental note)
PAYSON TEMPLE

We went and toured the Payson Temple! We tried to get tickets and couldn’t and then some afternoon tickets became available so I grabbed them and we went! and it was great. Ben had to work BUT Jamie offered to take Millie so… I took the 5 other kids and we had a really good afternoon at the temple. It was neat to let the kids see the temple and to watch their expressions. Their little legs were hurting and Rose had blisters by the end but otherwise it was wonderful. I love the temple. I love that my girls bust out in the temple song when we drive by. I’m so glad we made the time to go to this open house.
The Prophet talked about temples in General Conference last month and I loved it:
“My brothers and sisters, in our lives we will have temptations; we will have trials and challenges. As we go to the temple, as we remember the covenants we make there, we will be better able to overcome those temptations and to bear our trials. In the temple we can find peace.
The blessings of the temple are priceless. … May our Heavenly Father bless us that we may have the spirit of temple worship, that we may be obedient to His commandments, and that we may follow carefully the steps of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.” Thomas S. Monson (April, 2015)
