Thanks Giving Day!

So much to be thankful for!

A bunch of us went and played some sports at the school! Some stayed home and did other stuff. And then it was time to think about food and a pre snack 🙂 Mom and Ben got up early and got the turkeys going. Mom always did that with Dad so I know it was a hard thing for her to do 🙁 I should have been more aware and gotten up with them 🙁 But Ben said they manages. They stuffed one with stuffing and made it in the oven. Ben made another one over on the Flabella’s Traeger. And then we had ALL the other food to prep too! We played a bunch of games in the afternoon while waiting for the dinner and we watched football.

Millie Marie Nettesheims Baptism!

Saturday November 6th was Millie’s special day! She had her baptism at 10am and Hannah Gridley got baptized at the same time! Lots of family came to support and it was a wonderful day. Millie had been looking forward to this day for at least a year. She had born her testimony about it a half dozen times. She was so ready and so excited to take this step 🙂

We invited everyone over after the baptism for some lunch and root beer floats. Millie was so excited that she made herself sick to her stomach and had to lay on the cough half the time 🙁 We had a fun and lazy afternoon with family.

Later that night Ryan and Shannon and some of the crew came back over to party some more.

Sisters Lunch

Not a great picture but we had a great time. Jamie invited us all over for some quality sister time!! Mom, Emily, Michelle, Amanda, Jamie and I! Just missing Jen in WI. I have such a great family. I love these sisters. I love that we live close and can be in each others lives.

First Hamburger

It’s never too late for a first: Brewer has started to not eat any food. He was always a Fast eater and eats everything he has as fast as possible. Udine came over to give him a hamburger cause that’s what they feed pickles on her bday so maybe it has some healing powers!! Brewer LOVED the burger!

Then we all said some goodbyes and cried some more… not fun…

Happy Birthday to ME

42 Amazing Years! Sweatsuit, sandals, clothes, lego, puzzle and lots of LOVES.

Don’t worry: I still do my puzzle day!! Erica and Abbie, Michelle and Jamie and Kristin came to help me. The older kids got out of school at 12:15 so they all helped too. I had to coach soccer at 4:00 and we had the ward auction that night at the church so… It was a busy and fun day!

Abbie bought lunch at Costa. Kristin brought all the drinks and my favorite chocolate chip cookies, Michelle gifted me the PG puzzle! I got a few family phone calls and had a great day. After the ward party we brought a cake home from the auction and ate cake and finished the puzzle and did the spanking train! Than and Erica and Abbie were all back to enjoy the fun.
