We had our annual FHE with Grandma and Grandpa Becker!! They were in such good moods! And the kids were good! and we just had an enjoyable evening with them.
This month is well underway already… it feels like we are just treading water trying to fit in all of our traditions and fun and still keep up with homework and church, sports and callings … seems like free evenings are few and far between.
Ray: First time at the Dentist!
Millie: Sometimes you’re just tired.
Bennet: I took a pic of his grumpy face to show him that he should be happy (didn’t work)
We REDISCOVERED a bin of Action Figures!!

How can you not love this face!! He is such a cute and cuddly boy.
Tiago: 6 Months! 21 pounds. 27 inches.
He can sit up and roll around where he wants to go. He loves food and toys. He chills in the bumbo and tries to sneak into my bed every night. He is LOVED and CRUSHED by all siblings.
Tiago is ready for real food. He loves it. He watches everyone eat and is just so much happier on a full stomach.
FIRST (real) FOOD
Cali Girl is SEVEN! and this girl knows how to party!!
FRIENDs party: Cali had her friends over for a few games and cake and dancing…
FAMILY PARTY: Sunday was her actual birthday so we had the Robertson side over for dinner and cake and games…
Cali is such a good kid. She tries hard at everything she does. She knows the ins and outs of our household. She loves school. She is competitive and emotional and FUN. She loves to look cute. She is a mini mom. She has lots of friends. And now she is 7 years old! We’re excited to see where she goes in her young life 🙂
We went to a local Back to Bethlehem activity. Benji was sick so Ben stayed home with him and Tiago and I took the other kids for family night.
the snow came on the perfect day – Saturday of Thanksgiving Break. The kids played and played and got lots of energy out and rediscovered the white stuff.
The Day After Thanksgiving has become a great tradition for us. It’s one of our favorite days of the year. We go to the Tree Lot in Alpine and find a tree and cut it down. Then we spend the rest of the day setting the tree up and fixing lights and decorating and getting the rest of the house all Christmasy. We end the night by watching Christmas Movies and sleeping out by the tree.

All my People: Hubby, kids, Parents, Siblings, all people married into my people, grandparents, friends, neighbors, teachers…
Health – Good health is a blessing
Happiness: I am genuinely happy. My faith and Hope in God and Christ bring true happiness even when our days aren’t perfect.
Sometimes you find a bag of chuck e cheese tokens lying around the house and you tell your kids that if they are good you will take them to spend the tokens. Done!
The day before Thanksgiving we spent several hours at Chuck E Cheese! Our kids are still the perfect age for that place. Ben made them report about every token they spent, what game, how was it, will they play it again… 🙂
