The kids love these carvings at Al Johnsons! and this year we loved walking across the street to the lake while we waited for our turn to eat:

We all chowed on some pancakes and had a lovely time. Our youngest might have chowed on straight butter (eek)

And the goats failed us for the first time :(, But we still managed to get some cool shots in.

And then back to the Pool and Pool Table for the afternoon:

That Evening we went out for dinner with Mom and Dad and their kids: Adult Time!

And then home to entertain the kids with the walk to the Creepy Cabin!

Tennis Tournament. Ben and I took 2nd place to Nate and Becky.

OFF to the FARM!!

The first thing you do when you get there is BOTTLE FEED THE BABY GOATS!! It’s the best!

The big goats and other animals eat corn kernels. It’s fun to watch the kids get the nerve to feed them. Tiago didn’t know to keep his hand flat so he got bit right in the beginning but that didn’t stop him.

A fun Morning. A quick Custard at Culvers and then back to the Condo. Most of our family hit the lake again:

 

Cali went to the pool:

And that night we had a family dance at the church. Rick set up all of his DJing stuff and we danced the night away.

 

PLAY TIME:

Lots of time at the LAKE! and so much fun with all of the paddle boards and boats and kayaks and mats and Sand and Cousins!!!

There is a small branch of the church in Sturgeon Bay, WI so we were able to go to church on Sunday. We let them know that we were coming since our group more than doubled the size of the branch. They asked Rick and Becky to speak in Sacrament Meeting and they had the kids all sing. It’s Wonderful to have the church wherever we go and be able to renew our weekly covenants. After church we spent the afternoon outside and enjoyed time with family:

  

On Saturday afternoon we arrived at our Condo for the week! We love the Rushes! We love the people we are there with. We love the beauty, the lake, the pool, the haunted cabin, the tournaments, the visiting…
