Baby Sitting and BABIES
We had so much fun babysitting Gus and Dagny and Mae! They are so little and so cute and so fun!
And it was our night to tend Becker!

On Saturday the 16th our firend Alex got baptized. It was Awesome to be there and see him join the church! I cried so many times throughout the service and just loved feeling the spirit and the love taht was at this baptism!
That afternoon I got to go see Jessica and congratulate her on being pregnant! And reconnected with Robin and Hannah and Sarah and Kris and Sue and Leslie from the 4th ward!
On Sunday we had our FHE and Come Follow me lesson again! It’s been good to do more gospel learning in the home. It takes time but it has been GOOD.
We had the day off from school on Monday so I played basketball in the morning (and injured my wrist worse than it already had been – boo) LaNell and I hot tubbed with the little kids and then we played Legos the rest of the day! And use our coupons to go to Pizza Pie Cafe for Dinner. ALL of our kids loved eating there. Some ate only dessert pizza, others ate a little of everything. It was Great!
And Ray got one more Lego set in the mail! He ended up getting several sets for his Birthday. He has finished them all and is begging for more.
Ray really wanted a cousins party but the cousins all had a busy weekend so we had a friend party and I think he and they loved it! 7 year old boys are SOO CUTE!
Millie was obsessed with doing chores to earn 1$. So then Tiago needed 1$. They worked SO HARD and picked up like 20 of their toys. Anyway, I just thought it was adorable that Tiago was keeping his dollar in his shoe cubby!
Who Knew???
He’s had a goopy eye for a while so we finally took him to the vet. They said that he has a tumor above his eye but it’s not cancer and the only prob is that he keeps scratching at it. So he has the cone of shame and eye drops for 10 days 🙁
Millie and Tiago were quite funny this Valentines. They were convinced that they should tell that special someone that they liked them and give them lots of treats! Yes, they are 3 and 5 years old. I’m just glad it wasn’t the older kids. I think. Anyway, we went Shopping to find the best store bought Valentines out there. Without Benji since Jr high doesn’t do that. Then we made awesome Valentines boxes for the special day:
And then a week after Valentines day Millie remembered that I never took her to deliver a Valentine to the boy she has a crush on and considers to be her valentine. So she made him a card and attatched cookies. As we drove over she debated on what to say when she gave it to him. We recommended that she “not” say that she likes him as a boyfriend. After delivering she said, “I’m sure that made him very happy!” And since I went to the door with her and saw him accept the Valentine – she was right. He was happy!
On Valentines Morning Ben made the kids breakfast and put treats out! After work he brought flowers for all of the girls! And that Evening I made spaghetti dinner for the kids and then Ben and I got to go out on a date! We went to the Valentines Dinner Dance at the show barn at thanksgiving point! We had dinner and then danced. We hadn’t been dancing in years and it was pretty fun.
We packed a lot of fun in on Raymond’s special day. We HAD to do presents before school – Legos, Skates, blanket, and a wrestling mat! After school he tried everything out and then we went tio the movies! We all watched the Lego Movie 2. And then it was finally 8:30 – his real birth time and we had cake and he’s officially 7!
He’s such a cute kid. He’s still pretty quiet but he has a lot of friends and is learning to speak up. He has fun with all of his siblings and has even started playing with Millie and Tiago a little when they like to follow him around. I wish I could freeze time.
After each wrestling season the wrestlers in our family get to go to Rodizio’s! This is their reward for working hard at practice every day and trying to discipline themselves to hard work. The boys really look forward to this night out with Dad.
