General Conference April 2020
We celebrated the Restoration – 200 years from the First Vision. They revealed a new Restoration Proclamation and we got to do the Hosanna Shout. Lots of good messages and encouragement and the invitation to fast on Good Friday as a worldwide union, pleading for relief from Covid19.
We worked on our picture frame wall inbetween sessions! so fun
Book of Mormon Challenge
Benji and I had a challenge to read the Book of Mormon before conference. We missed it by 2 days but it was great to spend so much time reading it the last 2 months and especially the last week.
Corona Hot Tub
Even our hot tub caught Corona! It just stopped working and when I went in to examine it I found the problem! Not really though – it’s broken – we’re bummed.
Bear Hunt and Thai Food
When you are in quarantine you do weird things like neighborhood bear hunts. We put these 3 bears out in our yard and then we drove around and found about 45 bears throughout our ward boundaries. We ended the day with our favorite curry!
Skittles
Every other kid was doing the skittle rainbow so Ray convinced us to give it a go! Lots of fun, rainbows of colors!
