Thursday we took some chill time in the morning and then we went to the park to play some trashball! After that we went to the lake to cool off!
After dinner that night the Hughes’ came to visit. Carrie and her kids and Kristin and Don and Carolyn. It was really nice to catch up with Carrie after all of these years!!
And then Ben beat Ryan in the Tecmo Football Tournament!
From Sun UP to Sun DOWN! We played hard at the lake all day long!
Girls took the morning boating trip! Left at 6:30 and got the boat out on the water and Rob drove and Christy directed and we all tried to Wakeboard!

Meanwhile, Ben brought the teenager crew to stake out th ebest beach spot and be next in line for the boat.
John and Shae and Ty showed up with the waverunners:
I went the 10 minutes back to Brady’s house and picked up our kids and we jumped in to lake day: I LOVE A DAY ON THE BEACH and I’m pretty sure this family of mine does too!!!
Raymond LOVED skipping rocks – he spent LOTS of time practicing:
Hours and hours of fun: Cali tried to Wakeboard but couldn’t quite do it. Ben also got a turn! I think Benji and Packer tried but I wasn’t on the boat so I’m not sure.
We played right up until dinner time and then made dinner on the beach and kept on playing!
We played some Trashball on a big field with LOTS of people. The kids played on the playground and at the pond and a little bit at the splashpad. Then we had a big Volleyball Tournament. Five teams of 6-7 players!
It was our night to feed the family – so we spent some time getting the stuff and baking lasagne and bread and corn.
we added the turtle to the fish tank and watched Brady feed them
Joel brought these nasty cheetos that we all tried to like. And Cali is too little to be up playing games at the big kid table!
Some of the crew went out on the fishing boat with Brady Monday evening. Why is catching fish so fun?
We drove to Idaho Saturday August 18th. Took us about 6 hours. We went to Brady’s house in Caldwell! And started our week of Robertson Reunion! First thing: say hi to everyone, hold babies and play games!
We played games and had pizza and checked in to the “Brady Hotel”.
We spent the rest of the evening outdoors celebrating Mae Mae’s 2nd bday!
Ray got a private Solitaire lesson from Grandpa 🙂
And then it was bedtime: atleast we tried to get kids to bed!
Cali had her first tournament. It was here in Lehi and there weren’t enough teams in her age group so they played all 2007 teams. The girls were much bigger and better. But it was good experience for them and we had fun being back at the field!
Cali played some midfield and some forward and one game she played defense. It was good to see her play and see what kind of team they have this year.
