END of JULY
And that is a wrap! What a fun month. Still so happy for Cali!
SOCCER GIRLS
Late Night for all the kids:
Final Swim Meet!
We came straight home Friday so that Millie could be ready for the swim team finals… she did GOOD. A little hard when you don’t swim the whole week before 🙂 But her relay team did well and she did pretty good in her individuals as well!
CAMPING :)
Friday
The end of another successful Robertson reunion!!
Packing up camp. Book Club. LUNCH.
We had to pack up camp and head for home – but not before a little bridge jumping! I was too scared but MOST of our kids and most adults and kids made the jump!! And then we stopped at the lazy river for one more dunk before the drive home!
Millie did her thing — where she really wanted to jump but was too scared to jump and waited and cried and worried and wonderedand then she FINALLY did it!
HEADING HOME
Thursday Camping
Our main event for the day was lazy river run with EVERYONE 🙂 It was so fun to float and swim and hangout in the water 🙂
And then back to camp!! and the TALENT SHOW!! The kids love preparing for it and they surprised us with some really funny ones this year!
Congrats: PG SOCCER TEAM
Cali made the High School Soccer Team!! and Mia too. I’m so excited for them!! It was so hard to wait and wonder and hope and pray – and we were so so so giddy when we heard the news. Our whole campground was celebrating and Friends back home!
Great Job Cali!
Wednesday Hot Spring Day
The river was so cold but the hot springs were so hot – so you had to find the right mix of water 🙂 The kids and I all got brave enough to jump in the rapids! It was a bit scary, Sam got pulled under for a minute! I made sure the kids were wearing life jackets! We just hung out and made some Robertson fun 🙂
and back to camp for food and fun and games – – and I had been waiting all day to get cell service to find out if Cali and Mia made the soccer team??? Ray went into town to watch the USA soccer game with Michael and Shannon. Christy and Rob and I went for the 2nd half. And Tracie and Kylee announced that they are pregnant!
Day 2 – White Water Rafting
It was pretty much a 12 and older trip! It was so fun with a little bit of scary. We got tossed from the boat a few times. It was really pretty! and really fun!
Idaho Camping – Hotsprings Campground
Monday – Set UP!!! Kube, volleyball, hot spring, games, And helping everyone get set up! Cali and Ben headed home for tryouts instead of to the campground. Tuesday we played hard at camp and at the white water rafting!
The campground didn’t have showers but it had toilets and a hotspring. We had lots of tables and chairs and room for games. It was too hot for a campfire most of the time.
