We got up and went sight seeing. We walked to the Acropolis and then miraculously got thru all of the crowds of people and got tickets to get right in. It truly felt like a little miracle. Parthenon. The Roman Forum of Athens.
We got some food in the market and then picked up our suitcases and took a taxi to Piraeus, Greece to find our cruise ship!!
Ben and I caught an afternoon flight on Thursday September 7th and headed to Greece! We flew all night and had a layover in Frankfurt Germany.
Then we went on to Athens, Greece! Once we landed there we took a taxi across too our hotel and closer to the cruise port: Hotel Brown Acropol. Lots of travelling by this time. I needed a nap and a shower and Ben needed a Gyro. We got checked in and went across the street for dinner. We walked around the park square and then called it a night.
We leave for Greece on the 7th and are gone for 10 days so we had Millie open her presents the morning we left! Almost 10 years old!! A new silk, medal hanger, Owala, journal, fake nails and high heels!

Millie loved her cheer camp and then cheering at the highschool game! We all went to watch and it was quite fun! Millie loved when the older girls lifted her up.
Tiago and Ray – These dudes are fun to watch! They are getting good with the ball and both are great distributors.
And Cali had another week of games – coach is playing her as a forward and seems to be giving everyone equal play time.
We made it to the Drive in! Kelsey and Heidi met us there! We didn’t have the best movie options but it is always a party! We watched Gran Turismo.
