75 Hard
On Monday April 11, I started my 75 Hard Challenge. LaNell and Erica are doing it with me. My motivation … I’ve tried and failed for the last 6 years. I signed up for the Spartan thanks to Mal and this seemed like as good a time as any to try to get in shape.
I have to drink a gallon of water every day
Read 10 pages of non fiction each day – I’ve been doing the Book of Mormon
Do two 45 minute work outs each day – one of them outside
Follow a diet: I’m only eating between 10am and 8pm (I try to do 12-7) and no sugar in the first 3 ingredients unless it is homemade.
